Unfortunately, we had a terrible first time homebuyer process. We had no guidance along the way and we always had to initiate the conversations when things would arise. It would take days, if not a week for them to get back to us. The notary they sent to sign closing papers was an hour and 20 minutes late. They also never explained anything and when we would ask questions the response was usually minimal and not helpful.
Jeff went above and beyond helping us through the entire process. He answered all of our questions, gave suggestions and advice and made the mortgage process fun. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage or refinance.
I wouldn't recommend using them. Ive waited two days to see what pre approval amount I qualify for (I've given them all the information they said I needed to give in order to get a pre approval number) and have yet to hear a number. I've had to initiate all the conversations to get responses. So I guess if you have time to waste they are the perfect fit but if you're in a rush to get things moving a long, good luck is all I have to say.
