I would rate Gershman Mortgage with AAA AA. The service was excellent. Low closing cost fees and excellent communication. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family. Heather Jansen was the agent I was working with on my home mortgage loan. Ask for her if she is available.
Blake was our loan officer and he did a wonderful job helping us get our first loan and made the loan process easier and is very friendly and I would use them again and highly recommend them to others
Great for the initial process of buying our home, 5 stars, but they sold are mortgage to a company in California so now it's not local with someone we trust. We just went through an insurance claim in regards to some water damage to our roof. We cant deposit the supplemental claim check without plaza mortgage endorsing it as well so now we are mailing a check to California in hopes of receiving it back in time this year. That gives them 2 stars for not informing us initially that they didn't intend on staying with us locally... read more
