There's the best moving company in Ottawa great rates great people. I should know because I worked for them For 13 years But near's past the old man retired And he retired the trucks and now the company is called DSI Which is another great moving company Thanks for the family for having me there, there all great people
Called several times and finally got a call back to book a visit. Guy never showed up and now won't return phone calls. Horrible service. Use someone else.
NEVER NEVER go Gerry's Moving! They are not professional at all, what describe on their website is NOT TRUE! Last month, they sent three guys to help us to move, but two of them can not move ( One is old guy around 60 years old so he only stayed in truck to do wrapping, another young guy has no experience at all ) , only one guy can be called mover. When they moved our appliances, the mover kept yelling at the young guy who has no experience "Junior, you have to lift it!" But the junior guy answered "I am lifting it" Oh the ... read more
Movers damaged my washing machine (excessive dents) and I was offered no compensation. I was told appliances are not covered under their insurance policy (how convenient for them!) One mover in particular was not very good as he had to be told to "lift with your legs" at almost every turn. Customer service curt and short on the phone when I inquired about my washing machine. I would not recommend hiring them ever. They also broke my lamp, and left my mattress leaning against the wall in my house which ruined coil alignment. ... read more
