They are very unprofessional. They made me wait for 15 minutes for my pick up. The order was placed 20 minutes ago. I asked the guy he told me it is gonna take 10 minutes and if you do not want to wait, cancel it. He is very rude and not understanding.

My husband just picked up a veggie pizza…we have been customers for over 15 years and with owner changes (so we were told), we excused the new cooks. But this pizza tonight was bad. All veggies were raw (broccoli/mushroom/hunks of onion), very little sauce all on top of a half cooked dough. I'm very disappointed in my order. I had the piccata style pasta. I had this several years ago at this establishment and it was quite good. Now I suggest this item be removed from the menu because Gerris no longer knows how to make it . Cut up artichokes were the size of a half teaspoon of peas. There were absolutely no capers in this dish and the pasta sauce was dry and very bland. There is no way the person who cooked this item was the same person of a few years ago.
