I’ve been going to Gerry’s Italian Kitchen for a long time, and I’ve always had a great experience. The pizza is consistently delicious, the steak & cheese subs are excellent, and the staff has always been friendly and welcoming. I’ve seen some of the negative reviews, and honestly, many of them seem to be about very small issues. Sadly this establishment most likely will not exist past 2026. As a loyal customer for the last two years, I have watched Gerry’s go down hill FAST. Before we even talk about the service, let’s take a second to consider all the employees who are working there WITHOUT AC in this brutal summer, and every other summer before this. Now let’s move on, the AI system they adopted, absolute joke, a sandwich that cost $17 now costs almost $25 thanks to AI. The business hours on Google are incorrect. I found a bone in my food that should never have bones....I called to get a refund & he told me if I dig it out of the trash & send a photo then MAYBE I'll get a refund. I just hung up, 0/0 stars. Took a bite of noodles & spit out a long bone. Eat at your own risk.
