Brought my vehicle in for service, they replaced the serpentine belt of the motor, when it was only three months old, and charged me. Spent 600$ on the service, my tire was low going in to the shop and they couldn’t bother putting some air in my tire. What kind of service is this. And replaced perfectly good part which cost me around 100$ tax in. I would say that’s not good business.
I was looking for an independently owned garage to change my engine oil & filter without being gouged with ridiculous hiden expenses ie: shop supplies? Gerry's did the work quickly and efficiently without pressuring unwanted extras and below original estimate! I will return in future for all my automotive needs!
Untrustworthy, dishonest and incredible dishonorable people. Don't trust them because if something goes wrong, they don't honour their word OR THEIR WARRANTY (contrary to the owners response) and once they take your money they will never respond to you again if there is an issue. They claim there is a warranty but ignore your calls until the warranty period is over. My father was taken advantage of, misled and lied to and I'm sickened by what he went through because of these people, specifically Sam.

Had a great experience at Gerry’s Car Care. Sammy took care of me and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through what needed to be done. My car runs perfectly now. Highly recommend!
