Easily the best experience I've ever had with a realtor. Went out of his way to be helpful, kind, and honest. Super knowledgeable about real estate and the Invermere area. Very open to nuanced discussions, not afraid to say something negative about a house or comment on our plans and needs as buyer.
Gerry was an amazing salesman! He is very knowledgeable, resourceful and helpful. Our sale and purchase was complicated and he helped make it feel easy and low stress. Would recommend Gerry to anyone looking for someone that helps their vision come to life! Thanks again Gerry!
We have been dealing with Gerry for last three years plus. We are so glad we connected with him. He helped us purchase two properties in the valley. We admire his honest advise and strongly recommend him. Keep up with the good work Gerry!!!
Gerry is an awesome realtor. We will always be grateful for all the time & effort he spent over the years showing us properties. His patience, local knowledge, experience, reliability, hard work & dedication have been very much appreciated. He is also a great person, very relatable & friendly. He sold us a lot & most recently a wonderful holiday home that we may retire in.
Gerry was a great resource for us! He did a great job of showing us lots of options and giving us feedback on our questions. He was incredibly accessible and responsive and would communicate quickly and professionally. He was really knowledgeable about the area and all aspects of the process. I felt very well taken care of by Gerry as we navigated purchasing a new home in a completely new community and province.
