Tom, Dane and Ruben did a great job replacing our central air conditioner and heater. We appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. We have been very pleased with all the work Palermo has done for use.
Have been using them for years and we are extremely happy with our service. Competitively priced and do great work. Technicians are honest and don't try to sell us services we don't need.
Gerry Palermo has always been a very professional company. Excellent technicians and excellent staff in their office. Good follow through. Their price structure is fair and the two times a year contract maintenance for our split systems is very fairly priced
