I hired Rick Boscardin at Gerry Martell Company, to fight the AAA Insurance company. They had given me a lowball appraisal for the payout on my totaled 2010 Mercedes Benz after my accident. Rick has his own way of doing things, but knows how it all works, and in the end he got even more than the number I asked for that I knew my car was worth. He did a great job, and I am a very satisfied customer! I highly recommend Rick!

I should have paid more attention to the recent reviews. I would avoid this place because they bait & switch. I talked to RICK BOSCARDIN about negotiating an appraisal with my insurance due to a Total Loss claim to my custom vehicle due to theft. He told me that they deal with this all the time, that they have a good reputation with insurance companies and even walked me through the process. Terrible customer service , they speak to you like you’re a prisoner , the guy on the phone is very rude . Their line is always busy when you need to call em . Been waiting for days for an appraisal after I paid ,I was told it’d be done days ago , I honestly feel like a fool for listening to my bank for going to these clowns , DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY , GO SOMEWHERE ELSE,JUST LOOK AT THEIR REVIEWS
