Terrible customer service , they speak to you like you’re a prisoner , the guy on the phone is very rude . Their line is always busy when you need to call em . Been waiting for days for an appraisal after I paid ,I was told it’d be done days ago , I honestly feel like a fool for listening to my bank for going to these clowns , DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY , GO SOMEWHERE ELSE,JUST LOOK AT THEIR REVIEWS

NEVER CALLED BACK TOOK THE MONEY AND I NEVER RECEIVED AN APPRAISAL. THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY 30 YEAR CAREER IN THE AUTO INDUSTRY WILL NEVER RECOMMEND DOESN'T DESERVE A 1 STAR
