Was a patient. A decision I will have to live with the rest of my life! He's a horrible dentist, a horrible person, and an overall jerk! It's my opionion that the GOOD reviews on Dr. Dubin were written by his family or friends. If you don't beleive me go see him.
Dr Dubin has served our family of 5 with excellence over the past 10 years. We trust his judgment. I find him honest and straight forward - and works to preserve your teeth (not quick to drill). His office staff is friendly, knowledgeable and works towards excellence in billing and appointments.
I have been to this dentist and I can tell you that I had an awful experience. Dr. Dubin was rude and obnoxious. He treated me like I was stupid. He's just an unpleasant person. He made me feel very uncomfortable. He was complaining on and on about another patient. Very unprofessional. I made an excuse to leave and "reschedule" because I didn't want him to work on me. He actually got annoyed and rolled his eyes at me for leaving. Never going back. I suggest you look for another dentist if you are reading this.
My family and I have been patients of Dr. Dubin for almost twenty years and he has taken excellent care of my teeth. His staff is friendly and efficient. When I have an urgent problem I'm always able to get an appointment right away. I can't recommend him enough.
Highly recommended because he's a great dentist. Got my teeth cleaned here and he's very gentle and caring. The staff is also excellent and very nice. He is often busy which means he must have a great clientele because of his services. Recommended to anyone in Rockville, Gaithersburg & Germantown looking for a dentist.
