Driving 45 minutes to get outstanding service is so very worth it. The service department exceeded all expectations. They were attentive to our concerns and were extremely helpful. If there was a way to give them higher than 5 stars we would. We will definitely bring our Jeep there for our service needs.

I had my vehicle towed to this facility when it broke down. I got it towed on a Saturday. They told me they would get to it that Monday, then Monday turned into Tuesday. At the end of the day Tuesday, I call and ask if they looked at my vehicle. I am then told that I am 20th in line to be serviced. That night, I found someone to tow my vehicle and get another shop to look at it. Once the tow truck got there, they pulled my vehicle to the back and immediately diagnosed the problem.
