Truly the worst service department in Baton Rouge. Brought my truck there on a Thursday, charged a 300 dollar diagnosis fee, was told my truck would be ready the following Friday, it was not, nor the following Monday Finally pay 6,000 for new ac and fuel pump replacement and discover that there is a entire panel missing underneath my dash. I was extremely pissed off and told them it needed to be put on and how ridiculous it is to leave it off. I chose this dealership because of the reviews I read on Google. The lady that checked my car in, in the service department appeared to want to be anywhere else but there. She wasn’t friendly at all and made me feel like I have bothering her. The service representative, Taylor was ok, she also seemed as if I was bothering her when I had a question about my invoice.
