I am very disappointed with my experience. I waited almost 3 hours, and the service advisor told me he would use my reward points and that my service would be free. When I went to check out, I was told I owed almost $300. I was confused, but I paid it. I went back to him, and he told me he forgot to apply my reward points. I was there for an oil change that took 2 hrs. With an appointment and the line was long to turn the key over to the tech. Overall the service was good.
