Awesome service. Ms. Sandra in the service department took very good care of me. Communicated throughout the whole process with what was going on and what was going to happen in the future.
I will give you a call tomorrow, because I am truly disappointed. The car was released to me and is in worst condition as when I brung it in. And I also noticed that some of the information on the invoice was untrue!
Very unprofessional
The dealer applied unauthorized charges to my account of over $300 a matter of fact they charged me $1025 to diagnose my car without my written permission or verbal permission which I’m in the process of filing a small claim suit against this company. The diagnosis fee has supposed to be $300 with tax $380 then he told me they had to get into the trunk which my trunk open so my charge was gonna be $580 which I thought that was ridiculous but I accept that when I showed up to pick up my car They told me I owe $1025 and wouldn... read more
