I purchased a vehicle from here and everyone was so friendly during the transaction except at the end when I was asking about a spot on the roof where the headliner was coming undone and I was informed that they didn’t want to mess it up more so they did not touch it. I also did not have a owners manual and when I called was told one would be mailed to me I called several times to ask about it still never received I have had my SUV about 3 months. Friendly till they get your money then don’t follow thru!
