I want to be honest and fair about my experience soooo here goes. Upon entering the service department, all staff members were on a phone call with the exception of 2 people. I had to await until direct eye contact was made, where I was asked to step outside where a representative would help me. Well, I waited 20 minutes before I was helped. It was unacceptable! I would like to express my concerns regarding the service I received. My service representative, Wei, did not perform due diligence throughout the process. Upon initial contact regarding my vehicle, he failed to inspect or research the details of my tire, including availability or damage, prior to our conversation, which would have allowed for a more accurate and precise discussion. Our experience in purchasing a new vehicle at Gerry Lane was great. Our salespeople (Tyeray and Kristen) were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were helpful in deciding which model car to get. Also, in working out the price, we were pleased with the way it was handled. They were attentive to our needs especially with going over and understanding the features in the car. During the period of time waiting for details, they were very friendly and hospitable. Overall, we felt confident in their knowledge.
