Asked for a few videos of a lexus they had & Ian was more than happy to send them quite rapidly, even with me asking for specifics. From there the deposit was easy and communication was excellent, kept me informed of the MOT, inspection and servicing, going so far as to change parts that may have needed doing shortly after ownership.
