Excellent customer service. I ordered some umpire shirts with normal delivery on a Monday and received them on Thursday, a couple of days earlier than I was told.

Worst customer service experience ever. Custom ordered pants with a 6-8wk delivery. Just so happens that I reach out about posaible delivery, it's almost 8wks to the day, I receive a phone call saying they cannot fulfill the order, due tomaterial issues. It took 8wks to figure this out. What the hell has been going on the last 7wks?!?! And your only response is, "Sorry for the inconvenience, I can process a refund immediately". Not, what can we do to remedy the situation? Or, is there something we can do to help? Just awful!... read more

Gerry Davis combo pants are the best in the business. I am ordering 2 pairs right now to replace the other brand I bought to have case my 2 year old pair of GD's gave out. Well my 2 replacement pairs are are split from crotch to belt loops after about 80 games and have worn my now 3 year old pair of Davis pants for my last 72 games this season and they are still going. Never again, take my advice and stick with the winners hands down, Gerry Davis Sports!
