I made a special trip to get strawberries on Saturday for Easter Sunday dinner. When I went to prep them Easter morning more than half of both containers had mold . Soo disappoint in this store and it's "fresh fruit " . This is not the first time it has happened but it will be the last.
We both enjoyed our deli meals today. I had the chicken francaise and hubby the fish. Both delicious. Great store, friendly staff. Go there all the time.

Pretty ridiculous you can only buy garbage stickers at the service counter and ONLY on the one side you have to wait behind people who have orders because you HAVE to buy them at the service counter. Really should start selling them at registers and the self check out counter so people who are buying both groceries and garbage stickers can get them at the registers and people who are only buying garbage stickers can just go to the service counter grab their stickers and leave.
The bakery did a fantastic job, showed then a picture and they did exactly what i asked for. Thank you!!!
I never had a hoagie from this store and decided to try one today and my bread is hard and breaking into pieces as I pushed down on it, never again will I buy anything but groceries from this supermarket
So I have to tell you I love Gerritys in Luzerne and it's usually my only store I grocery shop at ,but in the last two weeks I had 2 doctors appointments in Willes Barre and I had stopped at Wegmans both times. It was so great to walk into Wegmans and not have to stand at the meat counter for 20 minutes they have all the cheeses and lunch meats prepackaged by the deli. Doesn't sound like much but when you're working all day or you're in a hurry and you don't have time to stand at the deli it's so great to just walk in grab y... read more
