Purchased a Speed Queen washer /Dryer set November 2020. Has 7 year warranty, to be fixed or replaced . Dryer has been broke since July. Still not fixed or replaced. Horrible at returning calls and following thru with what your told .So far I have spent 600.oo at laundromat. Have filed a complaint with BBB .
Service and Installation went horrible. Worst experience in our total build process. Long wait times. Could have spent less with a big box store. Really disappointing for a $12,000 purchase.

I was prepared to be totally traumatized. My new stacked washer/dryer unit was delivered today. They got the w/d all installed and said, “We can’t put the closet door back on because this unit is deeper.” I said I couldn’t live with a w/d unit visible to my dining room. Many stores sell appliances, but not all of them service what they sell. We built a house a bit more than a year ago and purchased Thermador appliances from Gerrit's. When the refrigerator started making a funny woodpecker like sound I contacted Gerrit's. Bart, the service person they sent to resolve the issue was great. He was able to diagnose the issue and he was able to quickly get two of the four parts he needed for repair.
