He goes above and beyond the normal care of doctors, and he is extremely knowledgeable about the most recent evidenced based practices that allows him to help patients in ways other GI's aren't able/can't/don't. He even follows up personally if he knows you are ill to make sure medications/recommendations are resolving the issue so he can intervene sooner than later, if needed.

No words to describe this brilliant Doctor. I am lucky to be the elder brother of his mother-in/law. A very down to earth, witty, friendly, hospitable and knowledgable person. Wish every one has a relative like him and I feel very lucky to have him as one. You are always on very good hands being under his treatment. dr gerrish is an amazing doctor. he has great bedside manner and is able to solve complex gastrointestinal and liver issues (often times when other docs cannot!). his patients are LUCKY to have him.
