I am a 17 year old, i sent my truck here to get a transmission rebuild, shop owner convinced me to get it done through him for the warranty, his shop then held my truck from October 16 to early January, after he said it would take about a week, i got it back and it made all kinds of noise, shane said it wasnt the transmission and to keep driving, a week later it lost 2nd gear and 4th gear, i brought it back and proceeded to wait til mid march, i could not get ahold of anyone at the shop for weeks, i had a lawyer call and sha... read more

Dropped my truck off months ago and didn’t get it back til a couple days ago just to find out the problem I took it in for wasn’t even fixed. Don’t waste your time or money coming here.

Gerred's Automotive should have the word 'Integrity' integrated into their business name. They have never done work on any vehicle of mine that they did not consult me about first & have even told me of work that did not need to be done that I thought was a problem. They go out of their way to make the proper diagnosis of any issue I've been concerned about. I don't know everyone there but Shane & Ashdyn, you guys run a class business, Thank You.

If you want your vehicle worked on, you can go anywhere. But if you want it fixed, at a great price from an awesome business, bring it here. Hands down the best experience I have ever had, and would highly recommend.
