Shane at Gerred's was an unbelievably huge help in a pinch. While at Boyne for a work conference, our truck had an issue. Shane fit us in, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue to get us back on the road. Excellent shop I would recommend to anyone. A+ service.
I am a 17 year old, i sent my truck here to get a transmission rebuild, shop owner convinced me to get it done through him for the warranty, his shop then held my truck from October 16 to early January, after he said it would take about a week, i got it back and it made all kinds of noise, shane said it wasnt the transmission and to keep driving, a week later it lost 2nd gear and 4th gear, i brought it back and proceeded to wait til mid march, i could not get ahold of anyone at the shop for weeks, i had a lawyer call and sha... read more
