I was up at Boyne Mountain for a ski trip and my truck was sputtering. I took it in and Shane got the truck in and fixed in less than 24 hours! Great place and great employees!
We drove to Boyne Mountain from Detroit and during travel our Car had issue with brake lights as those were not turning on due to some issue. We went to this place and told the issue . Shane was point on his analysis and resolved the issue within few minutes for which other repair shop in that area wasn’t able to figure out easily. Other shop had told that it may take few hundred dollers if issue is complex and related to switch. Shane refused to take money for his time and skills. Got my older wrangler in and fixed when promised and for the estimate given.
Attention to detail, customer service, and going above and beyond what is expected.. Gerreds Automotive has never failed to impress me, both with their experience and communication to their guests.
Took 3 days longer than they told us to diagnose the vehicle. It's now 2 days after they said they'd have it done and still nobody is answering the phone. Our family members happened to drive by and saw a sign on the window saying they were closed. It says they are open online. Coincidence that it's the first week of hunting? We had really hoped for the best with this place because of all the good reviews. But this is beyond unprofessional. This review will remain at 1 stars until they contact us.
