Wasted a full day waiting on a plumber to arrive and they called the end of day and said they weren't going to make it. (Should have called earlier so I could have called someone else.) I called the company to let them know what happened and the guy said he would call another to come out. That never happened and he didn't call me back to tell me they were to busy or whatever the reason. On top of that the original guy didn't have any of my information he should have had. I have used this company several times over the past 10 years for different things at different houses. They have always done a great job at reasonable prices. They are always friendly to deal with and able to get out and take care of my problem quickly.
