I'm writing this review because I was misled by this shop's 4+ star rating. Unfortunately, my experience was completely different. The job was poor, and I found the staff to be dishonest. When I questioned obvious issues and inconsistencies, they became rude and dismissive instead of taking responsibility. I was originally quoted a 4-week turnaround, but my car wasn't returned for five months. Even after that excessive delay, the job was still unfinished and below standard. Collected my car from recent car accident repairs. Staff at Gerrards were very professional and well experienced. Very happy with their workmanship and full transparency. Very honest along the way. All staff were very professional 👏.
Went above and beyond to assist my pregnant wife. Could not be happier with he service and work provided.
