Through a series of comically unfortunate events, I’ve had to visit Gerrards a few times, and each time they’ve been nothing short of excellent. They’ve been consistently communicative, punctual, and clear when it comes to explaining the repairs. I can’t fault the quality of their work, and on the rare occasion a concern has come up, they’ve been approachable and proactive in resolving it. Absolutely fantastic service so impressed with my ASX was seriously damaged before coming to Gerard’s now it’s looks better then before! detailed my painted my car rims repaired and even replaced my bulbs for free definitely recommend !! - Skye smith
I recently went to Gerard’s for a minor issue and a guy promptly offered to view and have a honest no obligation chat. He never tried to book me in for unnecessary repairs. Very friendly and helpful.
Great job on replacing & painting my door however spoiler has bit of paint removed, I cleaned car for you before I took it in ,the spoiler had no issues, while my car is 10 years old & few scratches, I love my car , you tell me the spoiler was not touched by you , I don't know what happened to it , but as I said it was fine before I took it to you , in you care 4 days later , it has paint missing on it .
