Very rude and there always seems to be an issue getting my meds. This time it's been 4 days without my meds and all they say is well we can only do what we can do.
Helpful and friendly. Most people don't realize most insurance companies will fill your medicine 5 days early seems to be Helpful if they don't have extra on hand or will be available next day 1 pm
