I really enjoy training here. It works well if you’re just starting out or if you already have some experience but still want a supportive environment. I have been going to Geron’s consistently for more than a year now and I have managed to lose over 10kg! My strength and mobility are at an all time high and my chronic pain is at an all time low. These guys are some of the best exercise physiotherapists around!

I’ve been strength training with George for the last couple of weeks and he understands perfectly my needs. As a middle-aged woman I’m very mindful of injury, and George is absolutely attuned to that. He and Ben are both exercise physiologists and really know what they’re doing. They are well-trained and mindful of my limitations as well as my strengths.

Ben is a fantastic trainer who I can’t recommend highly enough. From the first session, he made me feel supported and excited to work toward my goals. He strikes the perfect balance between encouragement and accountability, making each session both challenging and rewarding. His knowledge of proper form, injury prevention, and long-term progress is outstanding.

I was referred to Ben back in June, after struggling with chronic back and hip pain for years. At 53, my work, sleep, driving were all impacted. I was considering seeing a surgeon, or getting stronger pain medication. But my osteo wanted me to try strength and mobility training first, and introduced me to Ben.
