We had such a great night at Geronimo’s Peruvian Cuisine in Ambler with some of our military friends! The food was absolutely fabulous, and the service was excellent from start to finish. I had the 1/2 Pollo a la Brasa Geronimo’s — charcoal-roasted chicken in their Peruvian marinade, served with salad, a side, and Geronimo’s sauce. Yesterday we visited Geronimo’s Peruvian Cuisine, and unfortunately, the food was not what we expected, especially since we traveled from pretty far away to try the restaurant. The ceviche was served warm and had so much liquid that it felt more like a soup than ceviche. The mixed seafood jalea was very bland and lacked flavor.
