Had a really great experience with Tom. He was informative and they got my central air put in by the time frame that we talked about. If I have any issues they'll be the first ones I'll call. Since my great experience with them I have tried to set up getting a wifi thermostat installed 4 times. I got told twice they were to busy and twice I was at my place for a week and gave plenty of notice and time frame I was going to be there. Said they would call before they came and twice no phone call and didn't show up. Not real hap... read more

This is a top notch company! They were extremely professional, and came to service our air unit the next day. It turned out we needed a new unit, and they brought It the following day. They were on time, very reasonably priced, and super kind. We will definitely call on them again if we need to!

There is an issue with my furnace at home that has the rubber burning smell when it runs. The furnace is only 5 years old. Tom Junior came to look at the furnace for 25 minutes and said the fan wasn’t working. He left with the fan was running and took $150 for a service call. Literally, 5 minutes after Tom left, the house has the same burning smell again. I called Tom and he refused to come back. He basically told me to call other company to come.
