We first hired Geromes 20 years ago to remodel our kitchen and were very pleased with the professionalism, quality of work and level of service they provided. Frank Marvaldi is a poor businessman and unprofessional. He states things are installed when they are not and wants money for incomplete jobs. It's unfortunate because we plan to remodel our kitchen. After this lousy experience with Frank, he will NOT get our business and we WILL tell others about his lack of professionalism. The workers we even upset because Frank ordered incorrect parts which delayed the project even more. During which time he wanted us to pay for an incomplete job.
