Hands down the best cleaning service I’ve ever hired. The entire team was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. Their attention to detail really stood out, and they completed everything in record time. My office is absolutely spotless and shining again. We've been working with GermSmart Cleaning for our office spaces and it's been a smooth experience. The cleaning itself is great our offices always look and feel taken care of but what really makes a difference is how they manage communication across our different locations. Coordinating multiple offices isn't simple, but they stay organized, follow through, and keep things moving without us having to chase anyone down. That alone has made them a valuable partner for us.

Started using GermSmart for our office cleaning recently and have had a really good experience so far. Team is reliable, easy to work with, and the office has been looking great after each cleaning.

I DO NOT recommend GermSmart whatsoever. Stay far away from this company. They are thieves. My tenants left the apartment completely empty and partially cleaned. There was not much that needed to be done. The kitchen was the main issue. I just didn't have time to clean it myself. So I hired GermSmart (NYC). They charged me about $250.00 plus tax for 5 hours. Staff is lovely, cleaning is fantastic! GermSmart's team is very trustworthy, flexible, communicative, and so easy to work with. We appreciate the great work they do to keep our museum clean!
