Hands down the best cleaning service I’ve ever hired. The entire team was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. Their attention to detail really stood out, and they completed everything in record time. My office is absolutely spotless and shining again. I DO NOT recommend GermSmart whatsoever. Stay far away from this company. They are thieves. My tenants left the apartment completely empty and partially cleaned. There was not much that needed to be done. The kitchen was the main issue. I just didn't have time to clean it myself. So I hired GermSmart (NYC). They charged me about $250.00 plus tax for 5 hours. We've been working with GermSmart Cleaning for our office spaces and it's been a smooth experience. The cleaning itself is great our offices always look and feel taken care of but what really makes a difference is how they manage communication across our different locations. Coordinating multiple offices isn't simple, but they stay organized, follow through, and keep things moving without us having to chase anyone down. That alone has made them a valuable partner for us.
