I DO NOT recommend GermSmart whatsoever. Stay far away from this company. They are thieves. My tenants left the apartment completely empty and partially cleaned. There was not much that needed to be done. The kitchen was the main issue. I just didn't have time to clean it myself. So I hired GermSmart (NYC). They charged me about $250.00 plus tax for 5 hours. Since hiring GermSmart for our gym cleaning, we’ve seen a huge improvement. The place smells fresh, equipment is spotless, and high-touch areas are consistently sanitized. Members have noticed the difference. Reliable, detailed, and exactly what a fitness facility needs. Highly recommend.
