As a 5 month update from my last review, I tried this shop again. It is still just as horrible. All new staff, high turnover, and don’t know how to manage workload. I dropped my push mower off to get the drive belt replaced. It had been two weeks oncoming three, I went back to pick it up and fixed it myself within 15 minutes. There was another unsatisfied gentlemen waiting for his generator that had been there for over a YEAR. This small engine shop is awful and not what it used to be.

Don’t take your equipment at this location they’re not professional I have 2 weed eater and 1 blower try to get fixed they don’t get to fixed I have to claim a warranty at the blower and the past 6 weeks and they can get it done they say 2 weeks after that the was the excuse for everything and the promise of be fixed that week or the end of that week they don’t call I have to go to the store because they don’t answer the phone the blower was losses at some point they can find it and from top to bottom the always get me an ex... read more
