MOLD INFESTED!!!!! Roach infested!!!! I don’t know who they’re paying to lie in these comments, but anyone who lives here or has ever lived here knows how terrible to people in the office are, how terrible and slow Maintnance is about getting anything done or how cheaply & terribly things are “fixed” and how terrible to people are that on this building. Every time I come into the office Traterra is very nice, kind, and welcoming. She always has a positive attitude and is a pleasure to work with. Great customer service and professionalism every visit.
Germantown Place Apartments is an excellent place to live! The location is fantastic, and the apartment units are well-maintained and comfortable. I especially appreciate the quick maintenance response times and the general feeling of security and community. A special shout-out to Traterra for being an incredible help during the whole process!
