Second night after my son had several teeth removed, he started bleeding from one site. I followed the post-op instructions for bleeding but it didn’t stop. I called the emergency number and was promised to get a call back from the Doctor/Dentist which NEVER came. It’s now over 5 hours since I called and my son is still bleeding. I’m sure he will call me when he wakes up. So why are we given the so called emergency number if you can’t get an emergency response? I’m really disappointed.

Dr Hopkins is fantastic. My daughter's two permanent top lateral incisors are missing. We have decided to have permanent teeth implanted after she turns 18, however this creates a situation where we must ensure the proper spacing is created with braces. Dr. Hopkins has been very informative and has been walking us through the process as my daughter is only 14.
