I have had a appointment to have a MRI done on my shoulder. It was injured on 6-29. I have been patiently waiting this entire time. Couldn't be scheduled any sooner. I went to my appointment today. Paid 145.00. I was asked for a card on a implant that was done. I was never given a card, didn't have a clue what they were even asking about. They made the appointment and didn't say anything about needing anything. I guess this group of space cadets didn't have enough sense to tell you anything.
