Had an appointment at 2:00. She was 20 minutes late for the appointment. The price of $6,500 it just for the facility usage, table set up.

Germantown Gables was the perfect venue for my husband and I! The vibe of the whole place is amazing. Industrial, but modern with lots of natural light and beautiful plants/greenery. We loved being able to do our ceremony outside in the private courtyard, but also have the option to do it inside if the weather was bad. We knew as soon as we first walked in a year ago that we wanted to have our wedding there. Bailey, the venue manager, was great to work with and was always happy to answer questions.

The building is quite unattractive from the outside. I feel they could pressure wash the concrete outside or just do more to make the exterior more attractive, especially for the wedding ceremonies that take place outside. The interior is very industrial and plain; there is a metal crane hanging inside which I found odd but maybe they think it adds to the industrial atmosphere. The walls are cinderblock and the floor is concrete. There are random plants scattered throughout. The green wall would have been pretty if they did ... read more
