11/6/2018 WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! The Asian lady ( don't know her name) at the receptionist desk was so rude to my family. Our first appointment was great. My young daughters had to come back for fillings tonight at 5pm. When they got to the office my husband was told by the receptionist that our insurance did not cover the previous visit and wouldn't cover the fillings. My husband told her that she must be mistaken because our insurance covers 100 percent of cleanings and 70 percent of fillings. He then told her that she ha... read more
Exceptional service and staff.
Dr. Mansfield’s office is wonderful! The staff is friendly and professional. They do a very thorough cleaning. I highly recommend this small dentist office to anyone.
My experience with Dr. Mansfield has been excellent. I have been able to have great confidence and trust in the care I am given. I appreciate the thorough exam with Dr. Mansfield and Christie and know that my dental needs are taken care of in the best way possible. Along with Jenn all are absolutely professional and always willing to help. I know I am in very good hands! No doubt that I will be a long time patient of Dr. Mansfield's practice.
I have been a patient of Dr Mansfield's for over 10 years now and have always received the best care from him and his top notch staff. the professionalism of his staff and the practice's use of current (and least invasive) technologies really makes my experience such a positive one...
