RecommendedWe were seated promptly and our waiter, Stephen Shelby was excellent. We ate 2-07-22 at 3:20 pm. My bbq salad was delicious.
You can never go wrong with Commissary! I had them cater my wedding and they did an awesome job! We chose the pull pork and baked chicken as our meats of choice and sides of bake bean, slaw, mac and cheese, and deviled eggs. We even had a sausage and cheese platter for people to snack on! Food was great and all my guests raved over it! They also did a great job cleaning up after themselves and stored the extra food for me to take home after the wedding!
In town from NC and had to pop in for some REAL BBQ!! We placed a Togo order and we were super impressed

Going down hill and not the same quality as in years past. Cheese dip for the BBQ nachos has changed and the cheese dip they use now is low quality movie theatre nacho sauce. Disgusting!
Well my daughter an I finally had lunch there today and talk about disappointed. A lot of people have been ranting and raving about this place and I kept saying "I am going to go there one day" today was the day and I was wondering "where is the smoke?" I guess this is one of those different strokes for different folks.
We have been here at the Collierville location several times, lunch and dinner and the brisket has been so tough you can’t bite through it. Last time...
They have catered our group on numerous occasions with the best food.
The table was dirty, the food was lukewarm and the staff was less than hospitable
