My car is broken, so I placed an order for parts @ 9:45 am. I was expecting to have my order shipped same day, like most other supply companies. Very good customer service, parts come in under 24 hours and the parts are always of high quality.
Ordered brake parts for my 2017 Jetta after entering my vehicle details into their website. Confirmed my vehicle specs with the specific callipers and pads I ordered, everything indicated the parts would fit as per their website. Turns out half the parts don’t fit my vehicle. I phoned to see if they would exchange for parts that fit and they said no. In their words, It had been too long since I ordered the parts to do anything about it (maybe ordered 18 months ago? Excellent experience. I didn't realize I ordered the wrong parts until I opened them for my mechanic almost a month after my initial order. The company then helped me secure the correct parts and also accepted the other ones back for a full refund. Pricing is also very competitive and they frequently offer free shipping.
This was my go to place for parts now not so much the shipping takes forever and Purolator wants a signature for parts to release them .This place was excellent in the past not now.
