Terrible customer service! They shipped me the wrong item and won't correct their mistake, instead telling me I need to drive down to them to try and exchange it. After I said that wouldn't be possible for me to do, they stopped replying to my emails. If I could have picked the original order up in person, I wouldn't have had it shipped! Very unprofessional.
I'm not sure what happened to my order, I never got confirmation about it through this vendor, nothing. I looked at my credit card activity and it showed this transaction as pending .. for a week? I forgot about this transaction and ordered through Amazon [which was cheaper by far] I looked at my statement again and low and behold they charged for this part, a part they never confirmed as shipped, zero correspondence indicting there was an issue.
