These guys are a life saver! Tim provided great customer service right from the beginning. I have ordered parts from them twice now and both times Tim assisted me in selecting the right parts and providing me with honest recommendations. Call them first if you are unsure. They are very patient and helpful. Shipping was also phenomenal! I received all the parts within next day! Their prices are also very reasonable for BMW parts compared to other vendors. Highly recommend!
The best store to shop and the best Price. Oil filter and brakes every item I found is exactly what I need.
Terrible customer service! They shipped me the wrong item and won't correct their mistake, instead telling me I need to drive down to them to try and exchange it. After I said that wouldn't be possible for me to do, they stopped replying to my emails. If I could have picked the original order up in person, I wouldn't have had it shipped! Very unprofessional.
