Completely unresponsive to all forms of communication. Appears to be a ghost company. If one merely gets an answer, let alone an order shipped, consider these people lucky or a paid review... I would not take chances, go elsewhere for your own protection.

I purchased a timing belt kit and water pump from this seller; while the belt and rollers were fine, the water pump was faulty and failed, which resulted in coolant loss and forced me to redo the timing belt job entirely, something no customer should have to repeat due to a defective part. I tried to resolve this directly by calling and leaving a voicemail, emailing, and then emailing again with photos clearly showing the failure, but I never received any response.
