What a nice esthetically pleasing shop. As soon as you walk in your greeted by who you might think is some famous voice from the radio, Wayne haha. They've done excellent work on my Audi TT and ill surely be bring in my other German vehicle to the guys at Germanic. Both the guys Wayne and Clay are a pleasure to deal with. Keep up the good work gentlemen!
Was looking to purchase a 2000 E430 and had a PPI done. I sent a copy to Germanic Auto asking for if they could review and quote on the repairs identified from the inspection. Clay responded in quick time and provided a quote, we spoke on the phone and Clay was a gentleman and gave me some advice which made it easy to make my decision if I should purchase or not. Clay was very friendly, and very knowledgeable, that he took the time out to do this was brilliant and would not hesitate use Germanic Auto if needed.

Booked my car in with Wayne last week for 24th (today) said he’d call a couple of days prior to confirm but nothing ! Also emailed him asking for some quotes and again nothing. Today is 24th and not one call to ask where I am as I was booked in for 8am. If you aren’t that bothered for business then you aren’t getting mine. Shockingly bad communication .
