I brought my BMW X5 here for an oil leak assessment and the customer service was absolutely fantastic from my first phone call to my first in-person visit. I spoke to Wayne and he was very transparent and honest regarding the main concerns with my vehicle including a quote for potential costs I'd be facing, which I truly appreciate. Needed a transmission service done on my MINI Cooper S as it was causing lots of issues. My car has been performing almost flawlessly after this service and the prices were so much more affordable than the MINI dealership! The only reason it's not performing totally flawlessly is because they had warned me about a valve gasket issue, which I will be taking my Cooper back in to fix.
