Everyone at this shop is friendly, honest, experienced, and provide dealer level service at a discounted rate. I purchased my 2012 Audi A7 back in November 2024 and there was an oil leak. I took my car into another shop first and they said that they were not able to determine exactly where the leak was coming from and told me to get a specific part replaced to see if the leak would stop or not. I’ve had my ‘20 Audi RS3 in for service a few times including a brake overhaul job and I have nothing but great things to say about Germanic. Pricing is great, the technicians know their stuff and treat the vehicles with care/respect, and the customer service is fantastic (especially Wayne!). Will be back for all future maintenance on our german vehicles.
Ash & Wayne are awesome!! I've been going to VW dealerships for years and getting the run around and horrible service for years~ these guys are bar none helpful, informative and wont rip you off! Greatful to have found them will be taking my VW to them from now on!
Really liked this auto shop for my BMW and will consider it my regular location from now on. They were honest, fair priced, and knowledgeable.
