Shout out to Cathy Lewis of Germania Mutual Insurance. Always updating the client's concerns as far as the insurance claim is concerned. Satisfaction guaranteed.
We had a claim recently and we are very unhappy with the forced upon us results.....Germania doesn't care for customer satisfaction but rather to cheap patch up the trailer even if the trailer is not fixable. Not happy at all.
Once they were good, Now they seem to have fallen. I no Longer reccomend Gerrmania to anyone. Stya away. There are alot better Insurnace companies out bthere taht actually care about you and don't try to sock it to you. We had a renewal come 9 days before it a was due, It almost Doubled in payment, policy came in mail 2 days before. No warning , no one called to discuss, just did whatever they wanted. VERY UNETHICAL! Don't recommend them period.
