I have been with Germania for years now, had a couple claims, and Terri was super helpful, knowledgeable, and spent many hours explaining things to me and even helped me shop around to price other insurance rates and coverage. I stayed with Germania because even though I could have saved a very nominal amount elsewhere, I know the customer service would not be the same. Very trustworthy agent and I highly recommend them.
