We had Germania for years, then a bad storm caused our metal roof to leak. We contacted our agent, someone was sent out. The claim was denied and they said there was nothing wrong with the roof. I showed them a video of water pouring out of our ceiling fan. A crack in the sheetrock on the ceiling from one end of the house to the other.
