Never recommend this insurance they are very poor on handling other cars they hit and can’t get to the bottom of this and just give me my car !! Don’t recommend at all if u hit a car they just don’t give a dam !!!
Been with them for years and wasn't happy with the double rate increase last year. They are great customer support though. Anytime I needed anything, they've always been there.
I have had Germania for more than 25 years and they have always had excellent service with all my needs auto and home!
Their claims department is a joke. They dodge phone calls and only call you at their convenience. Never answer their phone on numerous attempts all times of the day. They will tell you "I can't help it if we're on the phone all the time" or "it's not my fault we're on the phone all the time". Very rude people to deal with and make claim decisions without statements from both parties or even view damages. Absolutely the worst insurance company I've dealt with in 30+ years. We'll see if a supervisor calls me as I've requested.
