I could go into details, but I’ll just leave it at LaTarrah has been hell to work with. Despite multiple promises from her supervisors, it still takes a week plus of constant pestering to get any information out of her.

Germania is an awful company with the lack of communication within the organization between claims department and Supervisors. They agreed to pay for coverage writing a check to wrong company, then when having to reissue the check they decided to deny the claim. I have done everything that Germania has requested and only asking for them to cover what my insurance allows and what we have paid through our coverage.

Julie in the Pflugerville office is awesome. She is very helpful and patient. She answers any questions about your policy. Also we have had several claims for home and auto and Germania has always paid out. Overall we are very happy with our service. I rate them up there with state farm & USAA just not as expensive. I have had insurance with them since 2005 and I am really please with the service.

Julie is always accommodating whenever I call and have questions about anything related to my auto or home insurance. I filed a claim a few years ago when a deer struck my vehicle and Germania was very punctual in writing me a check for the damages. The process was simple and hassle-free. Their policy rates are the cheapest out there to boot. I would definitely recommend them to anyone rate shopping for insurance.

True. About Other.review They denied a claim. My mom was rear ended by a germania customer. They said why not just let ours take the bill. They denied so ours had to pay
