Taking advantage of elderly people. Y’all are cutting off my husbands 86 year old great grandpa’s auto insurance for $83. He pays his policy yearly and saying he owes y’all $83 when he paid in June of 2019 when his policy renewed and then billed him in Feb 2020 saying he owes $83... why wait 8 months?
