Super friendly and easy to talk to (not something I usually say or feel as a woman going into an auto repair anything). I only had a small issue this time, even so they got it fixed exceptionally fast. I have a '68 bug and usually do not trust anyone besides myself to work on my car, but they seem trust worthy and like they know what they are doing. I am happy I found a VW mechanic I feel comfortable with in Reno just in case I run into another issue I want a professional to work on.
