5 stars without hesitation. I was dealing with a nightmare - my car was damaged by another shop, my insurance was dragging their feet, and I was stuck without transportation for months. GVS was the one bright spot in the whole experience. Luis was honest, helpful and truly in my corner every step of the way. In an industry where that is rare, it means everything to me. Luis really cared and would absolutely recommend him to anyone.
