I had my VW Passat serviced today and the customer service I received from Riley was second to none. She was very helpful and insightful and really appreciated her picking me up to get my car. The team did a fantastic job in servicing my car. Jason was very good over the phone and explained the quote in detail prior to any of the works being undertaken. Took my golf here for a service. I must say Rylee’s customer service is amazing, she’s very sweet and understanding. The mechanic who worked on my car Jason is also good. I’m happy with the complimentary that they gave me to pick and drop me off at the nearby shopping centre. I felt comfortable letting Jason handle my car, he as well gave me good advice about my car, so i’m very well aware of my car engines health. The quote is quite fair and reasonable Thank you, Rylee and Jason.

Great service, and very knowledgeable people. My SQ5 had a coolant leak no one else could find. The boys located it in minutes, and had my car in as soon as parts arrived. The car is now always kept in top shape by these guys. Very Happy.

Absolutely terrible experience. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this workshop get a second opinion before agreeing to any repairs. I took leave from work and brought my Audi Q5 in to replace a leaking radiator. After inspecting the vehicle, I received a call and email telling me that the water tank also needed to be replaced. I was then quoted almost $3,000 for the repair. The quote shocked me, so I declined the work. Despite not proceeding, I was still charged $87 for the diagnosis. Because the quote s... read more
