I was worried about how much it was going to cost to figure out what was wrong with the electrical controlling my air conditioner (especially with the notoriously bad Volvo wiring). Austin was definitely fair and the AC/heat is working again. Glad to know there is a Volvo guy I can trust.

I have been taking my BMW Z3 to German Swedish for many years and always got great results. They fixed difficult problems that other shops cannot repair at an honest price. This is my go-to service shop for BMW repairs. Nov 2020 - My 2001 BMW Z3 fuel guage had been giving false readings for several months and finially I said enough....I cant live with this any longer. This business is under new ownership/management but the great service has not changed...Staff personable, job completed as promised the same day, total price total beat the dealership quoted price......And I travel from Baltimore to Springfield for good service....I will come back again and again

Great customer service, price and workmanship. Highly recommend and wouldn’t bring my BMW anyplace else. They out perform the Alexandria BMW Dealership by 200%. Ask for Austin, he is the consummate professional.
