German Star is by far one of the worst experience I’ve ever had with any workshop. They crashed a customer’s vehicle while it was in their care and took no responsibility for the damage. On top of that they were extremely rude, disrespectful, and showed no basic customer service. I would strongly warn anyone against trusting their car with this business. Dishonest, disrespectful, and absolutely no sense of accountability or customer care.
Extremely Unprofessional and Dishonest – Damaged My Car and Denied Responsibility I went to German Star to pick up parts for my vehicle and was told they also provide roadworthy certificates, so I decided to leave my car with them for the inspection. Four days later, I got a call saying the car needed a list of repairs to pass the roadworthy.
