Cannot rate this Company highly enough. Daniel provided simply superb service: prompt, professional and kept every promise and commitment he made. Super happy with the Customer Service and product. I will be using this Company, even over local wreckers in my State. Great job, gentlemen!!
Avoid this place! I took my SL to get the radio upgraded; Abdul quoted a price ($80) and then when I returned told me that he could only find one worth $600! He went ahead an installed it without checking with me. Many negative reviews on here, seem to mention Abdul, and everyone has had the same mistake with him. Their front office is very worn and dated, and what's worse is that their mechanics openly SMOKE as they walk around their workshop. It was appalling. German Star is Your Ultimate place for spare parts for your Mercedes. You will find parts and labor at affordable prices for almost anything and any models you need. Their collection is huge. I came here to do service for my R350 and when called, was greeted nicely, offered a very reasonable price and when booked, the car was straight in on timely manner. Been working on my own Mercedes since I had it, came across a faulty conductor plate issue which I researched was well above my capabilities to do, spent a few weeks shopping around to find the right people, German Star were extremely easy to deal with and reassuring on resolving the issue, I picked the car up today they had also fixed some little broken pieces in the interior making the car feel brand new again which had been bugging me seeing broken, goes to show their amazing attention to a car they have worked on thanks ... read more
