I didn't know my car after getting a long overdue service. These guys did a great job, explained what needed to be done and didn't push any extra crap. Plus my car came back squeaky clean which was an added bonus.
Recommended by a friend from Sydney and really happy with the experience. Booking was efficient, drop-off was easy, and the service cost was much cheaper compared to Mercedes. First time we got our car serviced outside the company, and it was a great decision. Brad was very considerate and thoughtful about our budget — no forced extras — and gave clear advice on what needs attention now and what can wait for the next service. He even got some fuel filled, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend!
