We were visiting from out of state. We called and the lady we spoke to on the phone was very nice. They sent someone out to our campsite the next day to fix our issue with our RV. The young man I believe his name was Sedric was very professional friendly and knowledgeable. He identified and fixed our problem in a few minutes. I would highly recommend them if you have a need for RV service/repair.
These guys are great. They fixed our slide quickly with a one day turnaround! Everyone we worked with or talked to were so nice. They came in at the very low end their estimate which was awesome. We will definitely keep their number on hand.
Installed six new lithium batteries in my RV. Very complex and challenging - wiring the six batteries, in parallel, and then to three other already installed batteries, through the inverter, etc. Install completed in two-hours and it worked the first time! I was especially impressed with German’s focus during the installation - a mistake could have ruin the batteries.
